Although her debut album was not released until 2024, Emma Sehested Høeg has already made her mark as an extraordinary figure on the Danish music scene. Not least in her live performances, where she has time and again impressed audiences with spectacular concerts and a unique stage presence. We witnessed this as early as 2025, when she gave a highly acclaimed concert at the Roskilde Festival. In 2027, she’ll be taking her artistry all the way to the iconic Orange Stage, and if you know Emma Sehested Høeg at all, that experience is set to be far beyond the ordinary.
Emma Sehested Høeg has, time and again, demonstrated that she dares to set sky-high ambitions for her concerts, both in terms of musical quality and the sense of drama and stage design, where her background in the theatre world really comes into its own. This musical melodrama was already beautifully realised on her English-language debut album I Know All The Words But I Can't Say Goodbye, but Emma Sehested Høeg has also demonstrated on several singles that she is just as at home with songs in the Danish tongue. One need only highlight the sizzling summer track “Badebro”, which is sure to fire up the sunny atmosphere at the Roskilde Festival.
In 2025, she released the acclaimed live album 60 Minutes of Emma Sehested Høeg, on which, accompanied by the Copenhagen Philharmonic Orchestra, she truly demonstrates that she is a vocalist and performer in a league of her own. You can therefore expect a top-class concert experience when she takes to the Orange Stage with her band.
