ABOUT US

Art & Activism is part of Roskilde Festival’s main programme and presents around 60 artists and changemakers each year. The programme is developed through a collaborative process between volunteer curators, staff members and partners such as cultural institutions and NGOs. This approach is rooted in the festival’s ambition to create sustainable communities and strengthen the role of art in society. We aim to develop new artistic formats, talent environments and forms of collaboration that generate cultural, social and environmental value.
